Pet Policy: - Pets must be approved before booking. - $35/pet/day (NO EXCEPTIONS) - Pets cannot be left unattended in the home or yard. - No pets on beds or furniture. - Clean up after pets; any leftover feces - No large gatherings. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM (quiet hours are strict). - Respect the neighbors. - Lock the door at all times for safety. - No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the property. Smoking outside ok. - Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed; no unapproved visitors. - Take care of all items; return borrowed things and clean up any messes. - We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items during your stay. Items left behind cannot be retrieved. - Mail services are not available; consider using a temporary mailbox at a nearby UPS Store or USPS. - Items left behind can be shipped at your cost, with a $50 handling fee. - Use the pool at your own risk—no diving. ### Fees: - $100 for lost remotes (TV, fan, AC). - $300 for smoking indoors. - $65 for every 30 minutes late for check-out after 11 AM. - $20 per night for extra guests not listed in the reservation. - Non-refundable fees apply before or during your stay. ### Important: - Do not flush toilet paper, baby wipes, etc. to avoid clogs. A plumbing service fee will apply if toilets are clogged due to inappropriate flushing. Quiet hours: from 10PM to 8AM

For your safety and that of our neighbors, the exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by security. Since you’re in the desert, expect some critters, dirt, dust, and bugs. The pool can attract various wildlife, and while we clean it weekly, occasional visitors may still drop by. The pool has a $350 fee per day and requires at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure everything is functioning properly. Please use the pool at your own risk; we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Never leave pets or children unattended near the pool.
