• Pets must be approved before booking • $35/pet/day (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Pets must not be left unattended in the YARD ever, there are wild animals. • Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture at anytime • Pet feces must be cleaned after. • Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks • FEES: Any pet damage or urine inside - $250 • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, and the like. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere INSIDE the property. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • Items left behind can NOT be picked up, they must be shipped to the guest at the guests cost. • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $300 Charge • FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $65. • FEES: $20 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. • FEES: $50 Handling Charge AFTER shipping costs for items left behind that need to be sent back. Items will be kept for 5 days. After which time they will be donated at our discretion. • Any Fees charged/collected before/during the reservation is non-refundable **Please refrain from flushing any feminine products/baby wipes etc from the toilet to avoid clogging.**

(jacuzzi is free to heat)
