• Pets must be approved prior to booking • $35/pet/day (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Pets are NOT allowed to be left in the home alone during the day • Pets are NOT allowed on beds or on furniture at anytime • Pet feces must be cleaned after. If there is any poop left inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee • Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks • FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee • FEES: Pet showered in bath or sinks will result in a $200 fee • FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in $100 cleaning fee • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $300 Charge • FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $50 Charge • FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $65. • FEES: $20 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. • FEES: $50 Handling Charge AFTER shipping costs for items left behind that need to be sent back. Items will be kept for 5 days. After which time they will be donated at our discretion. ***Please Refrain from flushing any feminine products/baby wipes etc from the toilet to avoid clogging.*** If we find that guests clogged the toilets with things they shouldn't be flushing, we will charge a Plumbing Service Fee **
